Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin processing your order. No order is confirmed until the deposit is received.
Payment References: Please use the correct reference provided during checkout to ensure your payment is allocated accurately.
Wedding Cakes: The remaining balance is due one week (7 days) prior to the delivery or collection date.
Celebration Cakes: * Collection: Balance may be settled on or before pickup.
Delivery: Balance must be paid three days before the scheduled delivery.
Inspiration Images: We love seeing your ideas! However, please note that we are not "copycat" decorators. We strive to replicate the essence of your inspiration images within our capabilities and available supplies.
Variations: Slight alterations in color or specific decorative items may occur based on product availability.
Order Confirmation: It is the customer's responsibility to check all order details (name spellings, dates, and design requirements) for accuracy. Notify us immediately of any errors via WhatsApp or phone.
Non-Edible Items: Some cakes may include figurines, wires, or toothpicks for structural support. These are for decorative purposes only and must be removed before consumption.
Damage: Cneluck’s Cakes is not responsible for any damage to the cake once it has left our premises or while it is in your care.
Delivery Service: Delivery and setup can be arranged for an additional fee. This service is subject to availability and is booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to cnelucks@gmail.com or via our business WhatsApp at 0760564975.
The "Next Day" Rule: Each cake is custom-made. If you encounter a significant issue with your order, you must refrigerate or freeze the cake immediately and return it to us on the next business day to be considered for a refund.
Photographs: We reserve the right to take and use photos of your cake (before, during, or after setup) for marketing, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation.
Agreement: By submitting your deposit and proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
